Itasonic 2010^© utilises the Sonic Resonance method for non destructive controls on raw or processed metallic, ceramic or sintered parts.

Itasonic 2010^© is used:
•    To test the natural vibration frequencies, a requirement which has become fundamental for components in vehicle braking systems (FRF Analysis).
•    To find structural defects such as variation of shape and weight, presence of cracks, stress cracks, discontinuity, density difference and elasticity module.
Sonic control is based on a precise principle of physics: every type of part has its own resonance frequency which generates a unique characteristic curve. In fact, the resonance frequencies depend on clearly defined factors:
•    Weight
•    Structure
•    Form
•    Integrity
•    Chemical composition
•    Mechanical characteristics
The resonance curve will change in presence of variations to the above listed parameters.
The analysis of the resonance frequencies allows to separate in a very short time (1-2 sec.) the good pieces from the rejects.
Itasonic 2010^© is available in manual version or in automatic version, and it can be easily inserted in existing production lines.

TQM Itaca Technology srl presenta la nuova release di Itaconv 6 e la nuova release di Itastat 6.
Come consuetudine, è stata organizzata una giornata di formazione presso la sede di Mazzano (BS) il giorno 22 giugno 2010. Sono previste due sessioni distinte della durata di 4 ore circa, una al mattino e una al pomeriggio; oltre alla presentazione delle nuove funzioni sarà possibile incontrare i tecnici per approfondimenti su argomenti a richiesta.
Gli orari previsti sono:
08:30  –  12:30 circa:      Sessione mattutina

13:30  –  17.30 circa:      Sessione pomeridiana

TQM Itaca is glad to present the new software Itaconv 6 and the new release of the software Itastat 6.4.0.  
Itaconv is the optimal solution for the management of data coming from the metrological room. The new version is easier to configure, more flexible in the protocols management and it is equipped with the safety functions for the operation in network.

The big news of Itastat 6.4.0 is the management of the network failure, fundamental for the correct functioning of the measuring stations and for the safety of data in all the network installations. Some new features have been introduced in the different modules, and others have been improved to guarantee a more linear use. Furthermore, recent experiences took us to realize new operating modes for the data exchange with external Databases.
As tradition, TQM Itaca organizes a free training course of the duration of 1 day in the new headquarter in Mazzano (Bs), on the 24th January 2008, with the following program:
