TQM Itaca Technology designs automatic measuring stations for Rotors, stators and Cooling Jackets to be included in machining islands and lines, either for manual loading and automatic loading through robots.
These stations are very flexible in term of use because they are composed by standard modules (measure station with tailstocks or V-shaped supports, adjustable probe holders, DMC readers, operator screen etc.).
At the end of the test, performed with a 5 to 8 seconds duration, the part is identified as Good or Rejected, in order to go ahead with other machining phases or to the packing of the part, if it has passed positively the test.
This device is very versatile and the station can be setup depending on the part or the family of parts under evaluation.
The stations are designed for an ergonomic acces for the operator use (if present).
