Complete stations for FRF control

Beyond the supply of manual or automatic equipment to be inserted in existing lines, it's possible to realize stations complete with mechanics, for an automatic use, ready to be inserted in processing isles, for special products, etc...
Here below some examples:

image017 Semi-automatic bench for the control of pliers, brackets, supports, backplates, etc... with an innovative configuration system which guarantees an extreme repeatability of the test conditions: it's the ideal solution to test objects with a complex shape for which it's necessary to hit the part according to the specifications. Manual load/unload.

image023 Itasonic 2010© station for the FRF control integrated in Itageo 6© bench for the dimensional and geometric control of brake discs.
One only support plane and one only PC: the two software Itageo 6© and Itasonic 2010© work in parallel, the result of the control depends on the two cycles.
It's possible to manage separate outputs from the robot according to the type of out of tolerance (frequencies or dimensional).
Automatic load/unload, cycle time of about 10 seconds.

stazione itasonic

Itasonic 2010© can be used to find structural defects such us:

•   variation of shape and weight (ex. parts with incomplete forms, casts or sintered)
•   presence of cracks, stress cracks, fissures or discontinuity (ex. alumium die casting parts, pressed steel parts, parts in cast brass)
•   density differences and elasticity modules (ex. controls on % of nodularity in spheroidal cast iron parts)
•   presence of oxidations and contaminations (ex. presence of iron waste in sintered alumium parts)
•   presence of inclusions
•   stripping of the material
•   heat treatments failed or not performed

It will be necessary to set up the system for the parts to be tested: it needs a significant sample (10-15 pieces) of “good” parts and a significant sample of “rejects”, which have the defect searched. With a guided procedure of few minutes, the pieces of the calibration sample will be tested; Itasonic 2010© will show the frequencies (if present) and the tolerances able to discriminate the good parts and the rejects, all in a very short time.

Remarks: There are cases in which, due to the type of product to be controlled, there are no detected frequencies that can separate the good from the reject parts. If this situation should occur, then it means that the sonic system cannot be used for the purpose.
