Statistical analysis is fundamental for the exact interpretation to give to measuring data; the same data analysed with different criteria can return different results: important decisions may depend on these results. For this reason it’s necessary that the analysis is performed correctly.

ITASTAT 6 Analysis is the software module which integrates 15 years of experience of TQM Itaca with the competence of the Politecnico di Milano (Mathematics department - IMATI - CNR) directly involved in the development of algorithms for the theoretical distribution model research.The complete Ford tests compliance is guaranteed.Itastat 6 Analysis, besides Normal, manages Non-Normal distributions: Log-Normal, Extended Limits Normal, Semi-Normal, Folded Normal, Weibull, Rayleigh, Johnson, Mixed

DISTRIBUTION SELECTION

Available Modules:

SPC Module: Machine Capability, Process Analysis, Preliminary Analysis, Process Analysis (100% control).

MSA Module: measurement system analysis module. It permits the following studies on measuring instruments:

Type 1 study (calculation of Cg e Cgk indexes);

Type 2 study (R&R);

Type 3 study;

Linearity;

Stability.The features are totally configurable and complying to new ANFIA guidelines, MSA, etc...

Report Editor: To modify the existing reports and/or create new reports

Itaselect: Integrated module which manages the selections on all data into Itastat 6 database. It creates complex queries, also dynamic, up to aux data level. It’s possible to save and open saved queries and use specific reports to print results (special/advanced reports: monthly-weekly-per machine-per line Cp/Cpk…)

Italarm: module developed for the quality responsible. It enables the data monitoring of the active workstations in real time
