TQM Itaca Technology SPC workstations are very easy to use and are characterized by a high flexibility of configuration: the fixture is set up according to the requirements of the customer. All the manual and automatic measuring instruments can be connected and it’s possible to control communications with a loading/unloading systems or machine corrections.

This compact solution measures 400×300×140 mm (base h=100 mm) and the 15” TFT monitor (1024×768 resolution) can display support documents such as technical drawings or operator instructions as well as control charts.

ITASTAT 6 MEASURE

ITASTAT 6 Measure is the software module installed on data acquisition and SPC workstations. Any kind of measurement instruments equipped with data output can be connected. It has a very user-friendly interface and can be used with a specific programmable operator keyboard. It works in the local area network and saves the measurements directly and in real time to an Itastat 6 Database (Access or SQL Server). Shewhart, Pearson, Extended Limits and Manual Limits control charts can be used; operator permissions, statistical alarms, notes regarding Events/Causes/Remedies and multiple lots can be managed; the operator interface layout can be configured and any kind of support document (drawings, instructions etc) can be displayed.
