TQM Itaca has developed a solution to check gears, based on a motorized gear inspection machine, called ITAGEAR. It’s a system based on the comparison of the gears to control with a master gear, consisting of mechanical and electronic components and a sophisticated software for the analysis of the complete rotation of a gear with a Master. The entire HW-SW package can be implemented on already existing mechanic parts.
