COMMON AND SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING INFORMATION

Information document as per Section 13 of Legislative Decree no.196 dated June 30th 2003

According to what provided for the Legislative Decree no.196 dated June 30th 2003, we supply you information regarding purposes and way of processing  your personal data, how and where we will communicate and disseminate them, and the nature of the data that we have got and their conferring.

Processing purposes:
The data you provide will be processed with the regulatory limits provided for the following purposes:
1. administrative-accounting;
2. commercial;
3. fiscal and legal;
4. contractual.
5. activity of sending, also via e-mail, of promotional and advertising material regarding products or services.

Processing conditions:
The processing will be done manually and using ICT systems by persons in charge for it.

Dissemination and communicating area:
Your data, object of the processing, will be able to be communicated afterwards to the following parties:
1. societies and professional offices, for the following purposes:
* fiscal, administrative-accounting, legal and contractual.
2. banks for the management of receipts and payments;
3. transport companies for the issues related to shipments of goods and customs practices.

Any further communication or dissemination will only be done after receiving your expressed consent.

Data conferring nature:
Data conferring is compulsory for you by law and it is required for contract, fiscal, accounting duties.
The denial of data conferring could cause the partial or total impossibility to perform the requested service.

Furthermore, the data controller declares that the non-communication or incorrect communication of a piece of the compulsory information will have the following consequences:

• The requested service, partially or totally, will not be performed;
• The data controller will not be able to guarantee an adequate processing as per contractual agreements;
• The possible lack of meeting results of the processing itself accordingly with the duty imposed by fiscal, administrative or job laws.

To assert your rights according to Sections 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Legislative Decree no.196 dated June 30th 2003, please address to the data controller or data processor.
