COURSES
TQM Itaca has always been committed to dedicating considerable resources to the training of customer personnel. Full training is included in the purchase of both TQM Itaca hardware and
software. Furthermore, we offer courses in SPC, basic and advanced statistical analysis, MSA, DOE etc. The principal objective of our courses is to provide the basic knowledge and skills
necessary for a real-world, rational application of statistical methods, something which is essential in order to give the correct interpretation to measurement data and react promptly to
guide the production processes.
TQM Itaca is an active member of ANFIA* workgroups to define guidelines for statistical process control and measurement systems capability analysis. Thus
our software, Itastat, is always up-to-date with the latest developments in standards. Itastat is naturally the support software
for our courses.
After years of proactive collaboration with ANFIA, TQM Itaca and ANFIA Service reached an important agreement – Mr. Vincenzo Guerrini, vice president and member of the
board of TQM Itaca and member of the ANFIA workgroups for defining SPC and MSA guidelines, is now the lecturer for all the advanced SPC courses given by both organisations.

There is no fixed calendar and the dates and location of courses depend on customer demand.
