TQM Itaca provides full customer support. There are different types of service contracts for both software and hardware, which suit the needs of every company. Software
support contracts give the guarantee of constant upgrades to the latest version.
We ensure e-mail or telephone support during Italian working hours (08:30-12:30, 13:30-17:30 CET) and, when necessary, on site service by a technician. In some countries this support is
provided by the companies listed below; for the rest of the World, TQM Itaca sends technicians directly from headquarters.
